There are three ways you can take payment for a Hailo job, cash, card and card account.  

Cash
When you get to the destination tap ‘Take Payment’, enter the fare (including any tip) and tap ‘Cash’. Check the amount, tap ‘Confirm’ and then tap ‘Cash Received’ when you have collected the fare.  

Account
When you get to the destination tap ‘Take Payment’, enter the meter fare (any auto tip set by the customer will be automatically added) and tap ‘Charge Card Account’. Double check fare, tap confirm and when you see the ‘Payment Accepted’ message, tap OK.  

Credit / Debit Card
Sometimes a passenger will want to pay with a card that is not registered on their account or wish to change their payment option. 

To do this tap ‘Take Payment’ when you get to the destination and enter the meter fare (remember to include any tip). Tap ‘Card’, check the payment and tap ‘Confirm’. Enter the passenger’s card details in the spaces provided and tap ‘Submit’.
