Taking a card payment for a non-Hailo job is simple. Here’s what to do:

• Tap ‘Go POB’ when the passenger boards and enter the destination.
• At the destination, tap ‘Take Payment’ and enter the fare.
• Tap ‘Card’ and enter the passenger’s card details (number, expiry and CVV).
• Tap submit and you’re done.

If the passenger requests an email or text receipt, add their email address or phone number in the space provided.
