A scrub is simply a cancelled job. When a passenger scrubs a job we will pay the driver a scrub fee under the following circumstances:  
 

• the passenger cancels after one minute of you accepting the job.
• the passenger is not at the pickup location and you have waited for a minimum of five minutes.

You will not be paid a scrub fee if you and the passenger mutually agree to cancel the job, or you break down on the way to the pickup location. For full details please read the Hailo Passenger Cancellation Policy.
