Please make sure you check the door number, located on the front driver and passenger doors, and match it to the number you see under the driver details in the app. Alternatively, ask the driver if you are in the right taxi, before you start your journey. If you have taken the wrong taxi, please call the driver of your booked taxi as soon as possible.
