Your cab will wait for five minutes for free, after which the driver will switch on the meter. Please make sure you give the driver a call if you think you will be delayed. You can call the driver by tapping the phone icon next to their name. If you do not call, the driver is likely to drive off after five minutes and you will be charged a Cancellation Fee.
